i have had my lasko fan for 5 month and it will go...

i have had my lasko fan for 5 month and it will go up and down everytime i pick it up it come off the base no tool is requie so what is the problem i have been buying your fans for years but i will not buy another unless nyou can fix this problem thank you my email is jamesmcdade1946@yahoo.com
