Question About Lasko Electric Heater None
Heater shuts down...

Heater shuts down shortly after heating on high. Unplug and reset - same thing occurs repeatedly. Works OK on Low. Is there a repair manual for this Unit?

0 We bought ours on Open Box @ Sam's Club. When it shut down a couple of times I followed the directions to leave it off for 5-10 minutes. That seemed weird. So I investigated the problem. Dust Bunnies. Solution: CANNED AIR and my Trusty Vacuum Cleaner. It did not look like it was dirty...but....there was more dust than meets the eye. When I turned it back on there was even a PUFF of dust. Works GREAT Now. Next time I might even use my leaf blower to clean out the bottom. This is a wonderful light weight unit with lots of air flow. Remote control is very handy when my feet get cold instead of turning up my house heater.
