Lakewood cool operator 20" fan. Blade isn't spinn...

Lakewood cool operator 20" fan. Blade isn't spinning as freely as it should so have trouble starting it on low speed. Would like to lubricate parts likely to help it spin better. I need the manual to see how to access motor and disassemble enough to lubricate motor and shaft.
