How do I replace the 75878 Diverter Valve in the spout body? What do I need to get it out of the body? Problem is low spray pressure...I replaced the spray head already with no help.

2 I ended up drilling out the body of the diverter valve using a drill bit somewhat smaller than the valve OD. I was then able to collapse the walls of the valve and remove it with a pick. After cleaning the cavity, I applied a light coat of vasoline to the outside walls of the new valve and installed it. The new diverter valve corrected the low spray problem.

1 This article was less than no help; while the question of how to gain access to the diverter for removal from the body is presented, it is never answered -- as though it had never been asked! The writer glosses right over this necessary information as though he/she has no interest in helping others whatsoever.
