Kirby sevice personel totally messed up my hoover, and I have had to virtually disassemble it to rectify all the problems. The tech drive literally fell out. Unfortunately, I had to guess at how to set it back in, and now everything works fine on the hoover, except the tech drive. I am hoping someone has a manual or instructions on how it goes back in.
