0 Disassembly isn't necessary. The video on the below site is for the Sentria, but is similar to the G series, as well.

0 Disassembly of the vacuum is unnecessary and ill-advised. Check the video clip at the below link. The G series are pretty much identical in doing this.

0 all ya got to do is take out one screw on the cover that the cord runs to and it is just plugged into the side of the machine... just unplug it and plug in the new one.
