a good machine,but a bad sales company in italy,they charge money for everythings,unbeliveble a much thay charge for user manual,16 euro.a good company shoul have it on line for free.the solution i made for my kirby 's machine was put in the garbage,because a good tings,specialy if they cost a lot of money should have a good assistance,sorry my english but i am very disappointed,i will never suggest anyone to spend money for your machine
