I need to replace one of my interconnected smoke alarms but the shape of the connect harness has changed. Despite being sure I have the right model (Firex PE120), I see now way of connecting. Do I need to mess around with the wiring (that phrase should tell you a little something about my acumen with electricity). Thanks
