I have Photo Voltaic Solar panels and generate most of my electricity, at least during the day and at night my home is on the grid. In reading the instructions it appears that this smoke detector would be damaged if I installed it. Is that correct and, if so, do you make a smoke detector that can operate with electricity from a PV SOLAR source? Thank you, Randy Hurst 845-374-6006
