Cant find a manual on this site for PI9010. Can you help me? I need to find out why this smoke alarm did not go off a little bit ago when I burned up a pan in the kitchen. It did go off a month ago in a similar situation. I bought this smoke alarm at Home Depot in Tucson on Oct 15 2013. Am I going to get a live chat response here?
