my kidde kn-cosm-ibca keeps beeping every about 30...

my kidde kn-cosm-ibca keeps beeping every about 30 seconds. I tried cleaning and changed the battery. I tried resetting it many times till the green lite stops blinking and stays solid. it still beeps.
