How do I keep the Kidde 1275 from false alarming? How do I reset the alarm so that it won't go off? I cannot find where the battery goes. Does it require a battery?

5 I have 6 smoke detectors kidde 1275 that chirp constantly. I've changed batteries and reset them also. what do I do next in order for them to stop chirping? My email address liemhadam@yahoo.com.
