does the Ew7507ek oil filled radiator style heater...

does the Ew7507ek oil filled radiator style heater have a inline fuse or something like that?..I lost my manual!

0 I did get the manual but it did not tell if there is an inline fuse because I have NO power when plugged in..it does make a faint buzz sound however??..elect. schematics?

0 Same thing here on my Kenwood oild filled heater. Wont turn on jsut a fait buzz. What can I do to repair it. It's about 14 months old.

0 Same problem; died after just 14 months of light use. Display works and can adjust settings, relay clicks for three different power levels, but no heat output. Cannot find a service manual or schematic/wiring diagram.
