My Sears Ultra Soft 100 does not produce soft water even after I manually regenerated the unit. I have done the steps in the manual to check and clean the venturi, and the brine well assembly. I can step through the recharge cycles and back to service position. I can see the water level rising in the well during the fill cycle. In the brining cycle the water flows out the drain tube. In the backwash, water flows through the drain tube. The same in the fast rinse. I have done the manual recharge three times and still no soft water.
