Question About Kenmore Water System 625.348751
Brine won't pump out...

My old softeners been great for many years, but now I have a problem. The brine at the bottom no longer pumps out and the whole salt area fills completly with water. I assume it may be a defective pump, but I am not sure. If it is the pump - where is this thing located at? Additionally: Where can I find a PDF service manula for this? thanks
