Vacuum is not working properly. Not picking up lint, hair, dirt, etc. Think there is hair and lint stuck in the ends of the bristles. Would like to know how to open up part where roller brush is located, so as to clean the ends that may have accumulated lint and hair so that vacuum will adjust properly to chosen levels (high, low, extra low, etc not working properly either)
