The wand does not seem to be receiving power. I have done everything that I know to do. I have attempted to take the power head apart to see if the belt was the problem, but I am having trouble taking it apart. I have had a canister vacuum before and know how to do this. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to it as well, the rollers stopped turning and even though I sent it for repair two times it did not last.
