it seems like all these open questions are about the same problem...that is, something drives the user to pop the part of the vaccuum that meets the floor. They replaced a bulb or the belt. Then when they tried to restart the machine...no power to the floor part. Some people even figured out the reset button...but that doesn't always fix the problem. What do we need to do to get the floor part to start again?
