Please help find the manual for this Kenmore Upright Bag Vacuum Cleaner...

the lever that allows the upright to recline seems to be missing a spring or something because it does not click into the upright position and stay there. the lever you step on to recline it remain in the down position thereforenever locking in the upright position.
