Question About Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner 30104500C
no suction...

The vacume does not have good suction. There is no clog and nothing is going in it's almost like it's spitting things out. On the back of the machime near bottom there is a circular part and inside a little flap open up when the machine turns on. if i put my hand over that area there is great suction is that little flap supposed to open?
