The power cord on the vacumm is stuck . . . it will not pull out or retrack in . . . and I need assitance in fixing this issue

0 mine is burnt. I ordered one from Sears but it is wrong one because it can't fit into the current holes in the wands. Sears service is bad I can't buy a right assorceries.
