Question About Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner 116.36922502
loud noise/ not picking up dirt off floor...

Kenmore Direct Drive Beltless System All of the tools work fine. It is when I try to vacuum the floor, that it doesn't seem to function. It starts off working fine for a few seconds, then begins to make a loud sound, and stops picking up. I have cleaned out the filler and have made sure all connections are tight.
