0 I have a Progressive 116.369, couldn't find a manual, so figured it out myself. I had to remove all screws attaching clear upper housing to bottom; it appreared that should be enough, but the halves didn't separate, so I also had to remove all screws holding main body together (this may have been unique to my jam condition). It was much harder than expected, and the piece fits are critical to maintain a vacuum, so re-assemble carefully.
