I'm trying to find a copy of the owner's manual for the Kenmore cannister vacuum cleaner model 11627915700. Today I was vacuuming and the vacuum sucked up a small stuffed animal. We finally got it out, but we'd like to cleaner the part that's wood with the brushes. Can you please tell us how to get that part out of the vacuum so we can clean it? Thank you, Cindy
