Question About Kenmore Sewing Machine 17921

I was given this machine by my mother, but no manual was with it. I can't even figure out how to thread it. PLEASE HELP!

0 I have had this machine for since 1987. I have been sewing alot of fleece recently and had accumulated alot of fuzz in the bobbin area. My problem is that I can't figire out how to get the bobbin works back in. Any ideas?
