My machine is jamming. Something is not right dow...

My machine is jamming. Something is not right down where the bobbin is. The thread seems to be getting caught in the moving parts. I cannot find my manual... Sometimes it will sew for a long time and other times it jams very quickly. I have tried oiling the moving parts, cleaning/dusting out the inner parts, and adjusting the tension.
