Kenmore 1204: On moderately thick material (jeans)...

Kenmore 1204: On moderately thick material (jeans) thread is pulled down and somehow slips off bobbin thread catching mechanism leaving a loop of thread at the bottom. This happens repeatedly slowing material advance until it caused needle to bend or break.
