My unit seems to be icing all over on the coils. ...

My unit seems to be icing all over on the coils. I run the unit in the basement all year long. I am not sure how long this has been a problem this summer as I do not go downstairs that often. I unplugged the unit and opened up and let it clear up and then plugged it back in yesterday but the problem reoccurred.
