Question About Kenmore Dehumidifier 580 53509300
I have a Kenmore Dehumidifier model # 580 53509300...

I have a Kenmore Dehumidifier model # 580 53509300. In preparing it for the summer I turned it on after cleaning it of dust and found that as it was running I heard a ''surge'' sound every so often. I had not heard that sound before. What can it be and how do I eliminate it ? I'd appreciate whatever help you could provide. Thanks.
