Question About Kenmore Carpet Cleaner 473.85930
Kenmore Carpet Cleaner...

The brushes work but it is not sucking up the dirty water from the carpet. It seems to be blowing air out instead. I've checked the tool lever selection and its set for floor. The brushes are working but it won't remove the dirty water from the floor. What am I doing wrong?
