I have a kenmore carpet cleaner. I used the handtool for the first time and all went well. Then I made sure that the tool mode lever was in the proper position to return to using the floor cleaner. Now I have no suction. I reattached the hand tool to see if it had suction and it does not. I went through all of the troubleshooting suggestions in the manual to no avail. Can you help me?
