I started the unit up and compressor kicked in, then right away I thought to check the holding tank to see if it was empty, I turned unit off and checked the tank, turned unit back on and compressor will not start up. turn switch on and fan starts, green cool light comes on appears as unit is drawing more power for compressor as fan slows and room light dims slightly, does this for 5 sec then cool light starts to flash and fans returns to full power. have tried unplugging unit and letting it sit but same thing when plugged back in.
