KENMORE 85244 AIR PURIFIER...

I'VE CLEANED BOTH FILTERS TWICE AND THELIGHTS CONTINUE TO BLINK THAT THEY ARE FULL AND BOTH FILTERS NEED CLEANING. OBVIOUSLY IT'S NOT CLEANING THE AIR, BUT HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE FILTERS? HOW TDO I CORRECT THIS PROBLEM?
