Question About Kenmore Air Cleaner 437.85264
clean cell light stays on...

The clean cell light will come on after air cleaner is on for about 10 to 15 minutes to clean cell. I purchase another cell thinking this was the problem but after replacing it with the new cell box it does the same thing. Please help............
