replace air filter but light to replace filter is steel on.

0 I have a similar problem. I will continue to use the air cleaner the way I do now, hoping for help. The (nearby) service center does not provide adequate help. In my case, the second time in a row that I use the air cleaner the light for the dust monitor says High. It says this every time I turn it on, unless I pull out the plug and plug it back in again!
