I have a Kaz humidifier, model V745A. Water often drips from the bottom of the tank when removing it for refill. Has anybody reported a problem with water dripping from the tank at removal, running down the sides of the unit, and getting inside the ventilation slots on the bottom of the housing, thus shorting the wiring underneath? There is a shallow well, adjacent to the ventilation slots, which is directly under the wiring connected to the heating element, and it is all corroded.
