hi, I have purchased the product above for about a year. I found that the power of vaccum is not even sucking a tiny broken stone on the carpet, can you advise what is the problem? I have cleaned the dust container, i am not sure it is somehting to do with the HEPA replacement? Also, i have accidentally pressed the extension of the wand, however, i couldnot extend it back to the original length, could you give you advise? leo
