complicated sewing machine needs manual...

Second hand Janome, My Compact. Unsure how to use. How do I thread it? Where do I feed the bobbin thread to? How do I thread the bobbin? How do I choose stiches? Please help. So different from my last machine. I need a manual badly! Help!
