1 What a total disappointment. Impossible to get parts and repairs. Plugs easily and couldn't be a bigger waste of money

0 How true! I have had my piece of junk for about 1.5 years now and have only carpet in my bedrooms, so i really don't use it all that much. However, this was the biggest mistake I have ever made. It was like throwing the $168.00 out of the window. Can't get anyone on their toll-free number from the vacuum guide it came with,. Don't know how to repair this piece. A vacuum should last longer than 1.5 year, especially for this amount of money.
