how do I change the cartridge in your OXSKAR kitch...

how do I change the cartridge in your OXSKAR kitchen tap? I have the cartridge, supplied by you, but can find no instructions or tools to dismantle the tap. There is a brass cylinder with opposing socket holes which requires a special tool to move it. All plumbers suppliers I have so far asked are mystified.
