Hello I have Alsvik mixer tap by ikea. It is leaking at the point where the curved tap meets the mixer section. However according to the ikea manual there apparently is no way of undoing that joint and it unscrews at the base of the whole tap. Am I right in thinking this May not be repairable?

0 I've got a copy of manual it doesn't explain if the part that is leaking can be unscrewed looks like that part comes as one piece
