Question About IKEA Plumbing Product AA-291287-1
Changing cartridge on IKEA EDVIK faucet...

Hot water tap on my IKEA EDSVIK faucet is dripping. I have taken off the handle (held by a single screw) but now the cartridge is inside a cone shaped sleeve and it is impossible to unscrew it. I have tried vinrgar and soda, hydrogen peroxide and WD-40 but nothing seemes to be able to loosen it up. In the manual it looks as it is a part that can be unscrewed. Any suggestions...

3 I'm not sure what finally worked but I used a blade around the split line and pried with a screw driver between the cartridge and the cone to loosen it up and finally it turned. Where did you find a new cartridge?
