Hello, I appreciate any help you can give me. I bought an Ikea Ã…RSTID Table lamp (product article number 101.638.74) and the finial for the lamp was missing. Now the shade is unsteady. How can I have Ikea send me the missing finial? I've tried to look up a number for the part but there is none on the instructions. I would go to the store where I bought the lamp, or another one, but the two closest Ikeas are each 400 miles away in opposite directions. Thanks.
