Question About Husqvarna Sewing Machine 1100
walking foot...

i am trying to fit a walking foot onto my machine. I get it connected but then the needle strikes to foot. Any ideas please

0 If the needle is hitting the foot, you either have the wrong foot for that machine, or maybe the needle is bent or the wrong size for that project, or you could have the placemant of the needle lift bar incorrect-not high enough. Feed dog must be in correct position also. Also can try adjusting the needle position...if your machine has the click/snap thing to change needle positions.
