need to know why I have a lot of thread building in the bobbin area and the embrodery not being done

0 Generally, if there is something wrong underneath then the fault lies in the top threading and vice versa. Re thread the top and try again. If this does not work you may have some fluff build up between the tension discs so make several tiny knots in a length of thread about 2" appart and pull them back and forth between the tension discs, like dental floss. If that doesn't work, sorry I have no other solutions but it SHOULD work
