I left my machine for five minutes and when I came back upstairs I could hear it running! I unplugged the machine and then unplugged the foot pedal (thinking it was maybe stuck). When I plugged it back in (without the foot pedal connected) it still ran on its own. There was also a smell of baking biscuits coming from the machine. Any ideas anyone please?
