machine refurbished and locate additional embroidery formats .Nor embodiery at all now.I am able to sew most other built in stitches such as zigzag buttonhole and etc.But,need it working properly to get my use of of it I paid my hard earned money for.Thanks for listening to my rant and sure hope I can get some help.No repair an or service in the Imperial Valley,Ca. region and unsure if JoAnns in Yuma,Ariz still services this machine or not.
