I've taken my machine into the shop for this and they couldn't figure it out. When I sew and then take my foot off the foot pedal, it continues to sew - usually slower. Sometimes I can get it to stop by stomping on the pedal for a quick surge, but that doesn't always work. I think it's the foot pedal - it's like the sensors get stuck or something. Before I buy a new $70 foot pedal, I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience.
