in the E20 model, where is the phantom "S" dial? C...

in the E20 model, where is the phantom "S" dial? Can't find how to get it into the "S" mode for the decorative stitches like the triple zigzag. manual is completely silent on this step! help!

5 No! That's the point. The manual doesn't make this clear at all.

4 Yes, I had the same problem. Just keep turning the stitch legth dial all the way to your left. You'll see number zero, then blank space. Just keep turning hard. Then you'll see the "S" mode. Thanks to the sewing machine store lady when I called them.
