I am installing one of your thermostats and it says that it will not work with a unit that has a heat pump. How can I tell if my unit has a heat pump. I have wires left over on my current thermostat that I cannot figure out where they go on the new one. I have matched up all of the wires except the O and E. But I have one space left over on my new thermostat (the RC,VC) terminal. I do not know whether the O or the E connects here. Also, is the W2 on my old go on the W or H terminal of my new one.
